ViSUS Communication Workshop

The event is designed to enhance participants’ ability to communicate effectively through the DISC model. The workshop explores the communication process, common barriers, and, most importantly, the four distinct communication styles: D – Dominance (decisive, results-oriented), I – Influence (optimistic, engaging), S – Steadiness (patient, cooperative), and C – Conscientiousness (analytical, detail-oriented).

Participants will learn how to identify their own style, recognise others, and adapt their approach to improve collaboration and teamwork. The program combines interactive activities, case discussions, and roleplay exercises, providing hands-on experience to strengthen practical communication skills. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped with strategies to foster more productive and harmonious interactions in both professional and academic settings.
