Sutekh – Board Game and Tabletop Society Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting will be on Friday the 25th of October at 4:30pm in Education 325 – Week 12, before Pizza and Games. Members may join via Zoom. This is your chance to:

• vote for the new executive team;
• hear reports from executives;
• give feedback on what kind of games / events you want to see next year.

Find the agenda and constitution in this Google Drive folder, or through our linktree. You must be a member of Sutekh at least 14 days before the AGM date to vote. You can sign up on the USU website.

Nominations are open for the 2025 executive team. See the form for details, including the nomination/election process, and what each role involves. If you appreciate the work of the exec, nominate yourself! If you object to the work of the exec, nominate yourself! If you've been in a subcom, you've already gotten a taste of what it's like. That's right, nominate yourself!
