 Flexibility, Mobility, and Stretching Class  Flexi Fortnights!

Join us at Elliot Miller Studios in the Holme Building for an empowering hour of flexibility and mobility training! 🌟 Led by PAS President Scarlett every fortnight, this class is perfect for pole and aerial artists of all levels. Whether you're working on your splits, strengthening your core, or improving your overall flexibility, Scarlett will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to support your growth.

This class includes:

  • Mobility drills to improve joint range of motion
  • Stretching techniques for deeper flexibility
  • Core-strengthening moves to enhance your pole and aerial performance
  • Modifications for all skill levels—whether you're just starting or a seasoned pro!

Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and comfy clothes! It gets HOT in the studio, so less is more!
