All candidates must To be elected you must be nominated and 'seconded' (your friends can
do this for you). After nominations, candidates will be asked to give a brief (very informal) explanation of who they are and why they would fit the role in question. Nominations and speeches will take place during the meeting and within zoom chat. After all candidates for the position have spoken, all attendees may vote by: Scanning an on screen, projected QR code or clicking the link in the Zoom Chat and Voting on a Google Form.
Votes will be counted and verified on the spot, and a candidate will re-emerge as a new
member of the SUDA team of 2026.
