With accessible and inclusive events, performances and workshops, we're turning campus into a living canvas of imagination, collaboration and possibility.

🖼️ Museum of Togetherness
Created in response to the tragic loss of an international student in 2024, Museum of Togetherness is an exhibition by and for international students to highlight experiences of mental health challenges, cultural isolation and lack of support while studying abroad.
We’re currently accepting submissions from all international students for:
🧸 Mementos that help you feel connected
💭 Memories of back home
🎞️ Stories of overcoming challenges in Australia
Museum of Togetherness is a place for your story to be heard and to connect students to community.
All completed submissions will receive a $10 USU voucher and works selected for the exhibition will receive an additional $20 gift voucher.
Applications close Friday 7 August or once we receive 50 submissions.
🎸 Battle of the Bands
Think your band has what it takes to rock the Manning stage? We’re on the hunt for USYD’s top student talent - so grab your jamming crew or musical duo and get ready to battle it out for glory 🏆
With over $10,000 worth of prizes to be won – first, second, and third place winners will receive a mix of cash, prizes and exciting opportunities to have their music heard.
Competition Timeline
Heat 1: Tuesday 8 September (semester 2, week 6)
Heat 2: Wednesday 9 September (semester 2, week 6)
Finals: Wednesday 23 September (semester 2, week 8)
