For all online orders, we accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment.

We are currently experiencing delays in the shipping and delivery of USYD Store online orders. 

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days of receiving an order, however Australia Post has suspended guaranteed delivery times for domestic and international orders and delivery to some international destinations. If we cannot send your order, we will process a full refund of the order and shipping.

All international shipping is sent by 'Pack and Track' via Australia Post. There is no express option for international shipping. Please note there have been extensive delays to shipping times due to COVID restrictions in some countries.

delivery policy

We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery, or loss of items by the delivery service.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, nor are we able to offer equivalent delivery options to locations that we do service.

If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.

Take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. 


For change of mind returns, please return the product within seven (7) working days in new, resalable condition, complete with original packaging and tags in place, original tax invoice and a completed copy of the returns form. Please note returns cannot be accepted without a completed copy of the form, or if the product is not returned in a resalable condition. The USU reserves the right to refuse refunds.

For faulty products, please return the product with the original tax invoice and a completed copy of the returns form. Postage of the product will be refunded within seven working days of receipt of the faulty goods.


Pick up will be from the USYD Store. The USYD Store is located on the Ground Floor of the Holme Building on Science Road and is open Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm.
