Our 2026 Competition Hoodie has landed – The Roaring Lion

What Sydney, the winner, says about her design:

"People like to argue about University of Sydney’s colour; purple for the jacarandas, ochre for its brand, or yellow for USU and SUSF. But I see all of them in the 6 pm sunset above the Quad after a good study at Fisher Library or cheerleading practice. The beautiful campus, paired with the iconic lion mascot, represents the pride, leadership, and spirit that make USYD special to me. When we chant “GO LIONS GO!” at cheer practice, it feels like the lion’s roar lives in all of us, and I will always be a proud USYD student."
