Leadership Conference
The Leadership Conference has been designed for student leaders to learn from industry leaders and like-minded peers. A place to connect, learn new skills and take the next step.
At this conference, you’ll:

Leading Across Cultures
Level Up Leadership Academy (LULA) supports USU student leaders to grow, connect and lead with confidence. As part of this, Leading Across Cultures is a targeted leadership development program focused on building the skills needed to lead effectively in diverse communities.
At USU, our student leaders engage with peers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, perspectives and lived experiences. Whether you’re running a club, leading a volunteer team or organising events, the ability to navigate cultural differences is a core leadership capability.
This program builds on LULA’s focus on communication, teamwork, and self-awareness by introducing a practical intercultural lens.

Sessions will run every Friday from Week 1 to Week 4 in Semester 2, starting from 31 July, 11am – 12:30pm.
You will be expected to attend all four sessions to successfully complete the program and receive a certificate.
