USUeats Mobile Catering & Events

The USU owns and operates a fleet of vehicles that can be used to cater to any occasion and event on and around campus.

1. Food Truck – choose our Mobile Food Truck to cater to any large scale event! Via our Food Truck we can cater to groups in excess of 500 and have a variety of menu options available to cater to any dietary needs. 
   
2. Food Caravan – smaller in scale but equally impressive, our Food Caravan is able to cater to medium size events and provides a unique food experience for students and staff alike. 
   
3. Coffee Van – students live on coffee! Our unique, and cute, Ape Van is able to access the smallest spaces on campus and given it runs off battery can provide coffee service where you think may not be possible.
