Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

– President (1)

– Secretary (1)

– Treasurer (1)

– Social Coordinator (1)

– General Executives (2)

Nominees may nominate themselves, or be nominated by other members, prior to the election

during the General Meeting.

All nominees will be given 3-5 minutes to make a short speech if they wish to do so.

After the conclusion of all speeches, nominees and participants will be asked to vote using a

ballot vote. Votes will be counted by the Returning Officer.

All voters will be able to cast 1 vote for their preferred candidate.
