Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

● President,

● Vice President Education,

● Vice President Membership,

● Vice President Public Relations,

● Secretary,

● Treasurer,

● Sergeant at Arms

Candidates who wish to be nominated will present their statement via Zoom.

After all the candidates for each executive position have spoken, voting will be conducted anonymously in real time through Survey Monkey.

The returning officer, a current executive who is not running, will count the nomination results and announce the candidates with the most nominations as the incoming executive.
