5. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

The following amendments to the constitution are proposed:

4.1 The Society shall have an Executive consisting of:

i) A President

ii) A Secretary

iii) A Treasurer

iv) Events Manager

Amend to:

4.1 The Society shall have an executive consisting of

i) A President

ii) A Vice-President

ii) A Secretary

iii) A Treasurer

iv) 2 Events Managers

v) Marketing Manager

Additions for ‘Duties of Executive Members’

The Vice-President shall:

i) Assist the President – fill in the position when President is away

ii) Chair meetings when President is absent

iii) Represent the society at external events and meetings with/or in lieu of the President

iv) Delegate Tasks

The Marketing Manager shall:

i) Responsible for creating marketing material – graphic design and videos

ii) Manage social media – Instagram

iii) Capture photography of Society’s events

6. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

· President

· Vice-President

· Secretary

· Treasurer

· Events Manager x 2

· Marketing Manager

Nominations will be taken from the floor.
