The AGM will be held this October and will include the election of the 2026 Executive Committee members.

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

a President

up to 2 Vice Presidents

a Treasurer

a Secretary

up to 2 Dharma Officers

up to 5 General Executives

up to 2 Marketing Officers

The roles will be voted for in this order: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Dharma Officer, Marketing Officer and General Executives. Members may self-nominate or nominate another member for each role. Nominees must accept nominations before being put to a vote. Positions will be succeeded by a majority vote.
