Team Member Training Day: This session goes over the hard and soft skills Team Members will need in their project work throughout the semester. They will learn problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and management consulting skills needed in their project work and also gives them the chance to meet fellow Team Leaders, Team Members and the Consulting Directors.
