Welcome everyone to the inaugural general meeting of the Poetry Society. Before we begin, I want to acknowledge the land on which we gather via zoom today and pay my respects to Elders past and present.

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

· Events Coordinators

First past the post voting.

Nominations will occur on the floor of the meeting.

Voting for each executive position will occur sequentially down the list.
