The Sydney University Pharmacy Association’s (SUPA) General Meeting

HEY EVERYONE!

Join us for SUPA’s General Meeting on the 14th of October @ 5:30pm in N352.N353-VR of the Pharmacy Building, where we’ll be voting on some constitutional amendments AND electing 2 new officers to join the SUPA Committee!

The 2 new officer positions now open for nomination are:

• Publications Officer
• Education Officer

To be eligible, candidates must:

1. Be a SUPA MEMBER (via USU membership) for at least 14 days before the elections
2. Be a CURRENT USU member for at least 14 days before the elections
3. Be currently studying: • BPharm (1st- 3rd year) • BPharm & Management (1st – 4th year) • MPharm (1st year)

Failure to uphold these requirements will result in your ineligibility to vote and run for a position.

DO YOU WANT TO RUN FOR THESE POSITIONS? Please follow these instructions carefully:

• Please email [email protected] with the subject: (Position) Nomination for SUPA Elections before the 13th October @ 5pm
• Include your NAME, SID, GRADE/YEAR GROUP, USU Membership Number and the position you'd like to run for.
• You MUST have 2 people from pharmacy to second your nominee – Please include their name and SID also in the email.
• On the day of the election, nominees will be required to speak for 1-2 minutes expressing why you want to join the SUPA Committee and why you are a good fit for the role(s) you are nominating for. Only one speech per person.

If it is discovered that you haven’t met the requirements above, your nomination will be deemed invalid.
