Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• Vice President
• Treasurer

Candidates are to nominate themselves via this google form (https://forms.gle/fLfnQAzLUZDeHV3f8). They can also nominate themselves during the General Meeting itself. Their candidacy will be moved and seconded during the General Meeting by members other than themselves. Candidates will then proceed to give a brief speech, and then the position will be determined via election.
