1. OPENING AND WELCOME The Chair will open the meeting with an acknowledgement of country and welcome attendees.
2. APOLOGIES AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE. The Chair will move a motion to accept the apologies and leaves of absence.
3. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS: The Chair will present the proposed constitutional amendments below and Ordinary Members will have a chance to review and vote on the changes. The changes will be accepted if the vote passes with a two-thirds majority.
1. AGM month to be changed from May to November
2. Financial period end to be changed from March to October
