Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• President

• Vice-president

• Treasurer

• General Executive Members – 1

• General Executive Members – 2

Going through each role one by one, an attendee needs to nominate one individual for the

specified position. The candidate’s name needs to be seconded by one other attendee.

If there is only one candidate, a vote of confidence is granted to take on the role.
