4.1 The Society shall have an Executive consisting of: i) A President ii) A Vice President iii) A Treasurer iv) A Secretary v) Up to 3 Social Media & Graphics Executives vi) A Sponsorships Executive vii) Up to 3 General Executives

Reasoning:

This role has an extremely high workload, from creating graphics, to managing social media accounts. Adding another executive in this role will drastically lower the individual workload, and also reduce any potential impact of Social Media & Graphics Executives becoming inactive.

6. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

a. Appointment of Returning Officer

b. Nominations will be considered and voted on for the positions of:

• i. President
• ii. Vice-President
• iii. Secretary
• iv. Treasurer
• v. Up to 2 Social Media & Graphics Executives
• 1. If the above constitutional amendment is passed, this number will be increased to 3
• vi. A Sponsorships Executive
• vii. Up to 3 General Executives
