The Society's Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to reflect on the society's activities over the past year, present financial and activity reports, elect new executive members, and discuss plans for the year ahead.
All members are encouraged to attend, participate in the discussions, and have their say in shaping the future of the society.

Appointment of Returning Officer
Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
● President
● Vice President
● Secretary
● Treasurer
● Media and Marketing Officer
● General Executive
Election instructions:
● The executive must appoint suitable persons, not being candidates for elections, and being an ordinary/associate member as Returning Officer [shall be in charge with conducting the election]
● Nominees must accept nomination to stand for election
● Voting shall be by secret ballot and shall be First Past the post
● The candidate with the second highest number of votes from Presidency voting shall be appointed Vice President.
● There will be two nominations for ordinary members to take on media and marketing officer, as well as general executive roles
