Sydney Uni Barbell Club Annual General Meeting
At this event, members will have the opportunity to vote on constitutional amendments for the club, as well as nominate and vote for the roles of the executive team for the next year. Members will receive a yearly update of the activities of the club including events, finances and memberships.

4.1 The Society shall have an executive consisting of:

11.4 The finances of the Society shall be maintained in accordance with the C&S Handbook for Treasurers produced by the Clubs & Societies Office of The University of the Sydney Union, and submitted for audit by the Clubs & Societies Auditor immediately following the Financial Year End of the Society in the month of May each year.

The above amendments will be shared with the members during the meeting which they will have the opportunity to read before voting on them in block via a Google Form which will be uploaded to the Facebook page. Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

Nominations will be accepted by Google Form or in person during the meeting. They can also nominate themselves via the website. Once nominated, nominees will give a brief account of their suitability to the role. The nomination must be put forward by a member and seconded by another member.
Positions will be voted for using a Google form. If only one nomination is made for a role, the nominee will be elected by a vote of confidence.
