3.1 Minutes of the previous meeting (11 May 2025) will be considered

4. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

3.2 Upon signing up to the Society, a person shall be deemed an Ordinary Member, Professional Member, Associate Member or Honorary Member and will henceforth be bound by this Constitution. Upon payment of a $5 subscription fee, a person shall be deemed an Ordinary Member, Professional Member, Associate Member or Honorary Member of the Society and henceforth be bound by this Constitution. Increase society funds and support club operations

3.3 NIL The subscription fees for membership shall be:

i) Ordinary Membership $5

ii) Professional Membership $5

iii) Associate Membership $5 Membership of the club shall be $5 per annum, payable upon joining or renewal, to increase society funds and support club operations.

5. DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

The next General Meeting of the Society will be held in Semester 2, 2025.
