3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING & BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

4. OFFICIATION OF THE APPOINTED EXECUTIVES

Appointment of the selected individuals into the following positions, as per article 4.3 of the Sydney Arts Students’ Society constitution:

i. Two Marketing/Design Officers

ii. A Sponsorship Officer

iii. An IT Officer

iv. Two Publications Directors

5. SUBCOMMITTEE APPOINTMENT

The following five subcommittees will be defined, and appointed:

i. Events – 3 Individuals

ii. Marketing – 5 Individuals

iii. Operations – 4 Individuals

iv. Publications – 5 Individuals

v. Sport – 5 Individuals

6. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

i. International Student Officer

ii. Postgraduate Officer

iii. Queer Officer

iv. Indigenous Officer

v. Ethnocultural Officer

vi. Disabilities Officer
