3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING & BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

There are no constitutional amendments required

5. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer –

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

Social Media and Graphics Officer – 1 Role available (currently have 2)

– Nominations will be accepted through a Google Form and Self-nomination during the meeting

– Voting will be completed during the meeting using the Single Transferrable Vote (STV) method

Subcommittee – Results of interviews announced during the GM. Applications accepted through a Google Form until 1 week before the GM to allow for time to coordinate interviews.

6. GENERAL BUSINESS

Approval of Production of Merchandise from Membership

Concept Art will be shown and voted on by participating members to purchase merchandise
