In Section 4.1, the proposed amendment is to increase the number of Art Directors from 2 to 3, and to increase the number of International student engagement officer to 2

6. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

● a President

● a Vice President (Internal)

● a Vice President (External)

● a Secretary

● a Treasurer

● 3 Art Directors (General)

● an Art Director (Merchandise)

● 3 Event Directors

● 2 Weekly Event Directors

● a Publicity Officer

● 2 International Student Engagement Officer

● a Media Director

● an Analytics Officer

Election of executives is based on first past the post voting or a vote of confidence when there is only one candidate. An online form will be open for 2 weeks prior to the AGM which allows members to self-nominate for an Executive position. All nominees will be allowed a brief speech (30 seconds – 1 minute) to the ordinary members on why they believe they are fit to be part of the Executive.

Nominations will close at the start of the AGM on Wednesday 8th 12pm, however floor nominations will be taken during the AGM as well

Exec Roles + Responsibilities: 2025 AGM – SUAnime Executive Responsibilities

In accordance with SUAnime's constitution, only SUAnime ordinary members are allowed to cast their vote in elections and notions of the society. To ensure the integrity of our voting process we will therefore only accept people who are both USYD students, and properly registered members of SUAnime (you would have needed to pay our $5 sign-up fee and joined us on the USU website) to join us. Please give us your personal details as well as the reason why you have applied for the position. All nominees will be allowed a brief speech (30 seconds – 1 minute) to the ordinary members on why they believe they are fit to be part of the Executive.
