Hello Everyone!

We will be having our next Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday the 6th of April from 11.00am-12.00pm

Please come along to hear a brief summary of our past year and more importantly, ELECT THE NEW EXEC TEAM FOR 2024-2025!!

This event will be run in person at PNR Lecture Theature 304 (Farrell) but can also be accessed via Zoom (link will be released on the day).

If you are running for a position, we are so excited to see all the new and old faces putting their best foot forward for the positions! Please note that speeches are strictly timed to keep fair and it is not very long you have to pitch (with 10 positions to elect in 1 hr and brief yearly review), so please plan your speech accordingly for this short time (we'd hate to cut you off!)! The times limits for each speech position are:

– 30 seconds – 1st yr Reps & 2nd Yr Rep

– 45 seconds – Secretary, Treasurer, Sponsorship Officer, Marketing officer, EWH officer, Events Director

– 60 seconds – President & Vice President
