Study Zen: The Path of Mindful Study

UniBodhi holds its annual Study Zen session to provide students with a peaceful atmosphere and supportive environment during the exam preparation period. Study Zen offers a quiet space for focused study, complemented by short meditation breaks to help students relax and maintain mindfulness. This study method encourages healthy study habits, reduces stress, and helps prevent burnout.
