   Appointment of Returning Officer
   Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
   • President
   • Vice President
   • Secretary
   • Treasurer
   • Events & Workshops Coordinator
   • Marketing & Communications Officer
   • Membership & Community Officer
5. Nomination Instructions:
   Members may nominate themselves or be nominated by another member.
   Each nominee will be invited to give a short statement (max 2 minutes) outlining why they are suitable for the role.
   Voting will be conducted by show of hands (or online equivalent) and recorded by the Returning Officer.
