Skateboarding Society Inaugural General Meeting

Let's get started! We are required to have an IGM in order to adopt our constitution and elect our execs. It will be held on zoom, but we will head to Federal Park Skatepark afterwards to celebrate our progress. Please join!

AGENDA OF INAUGURAL GENERAL MEETING OF SKATEBOARDING SOCIETY

TO BE HELD AT 5pm 18/4 ON ZOOM

1. OPENING AND WELCOME

2. ADOPTION OF THE CONSTITUTION

A 2/3 majority vote will be required for the adoption of the constitution.

3. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer (who will not vote, run for positions, move or second any nominations)

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

Nominations shall be taken from the floor by raise of hand.

4. GENERAL BUSINESS

i) Nomination of Bank Signatories

ii) Open floor discussion
