Hi, it’s the Singapore Students’ Society!

At SSS, we’ve always aimed to build a home away from home — a place where Singaporeans at USYD can connect, celebrate our culture, and support one another. ❤️ Now, it’s time to pass the torch and welcome a new team to carry this mission forward.

We’re inviting all current members to nominate yourselves and take part in voting for our 2025/2026 Committee! This is your chance to play a key role in shaping our society and continuing the spirit of SSS. 🌟

AGM Information:

💻 Online via Zoom

📅 13 October 2025, 6PM

👥 All members are encouraged to attend and vote, even if not standing for a role!

The following executive roles are open for nomination:

👑 President – Leads the society, represents its interests, and oversees all activities and initiatives

🏠 Internal Vice President – Oversees internal operations, communication, and member engagement

🌏 External Vice President – Builds partnerships with external organisations and other societies

📝 Secretary – Maintains records, correspondence, and administration

💵 Treasurer – Manages finances, budgeting, and ensures transparency

🎉 Events Directors (2x) – Plan and execute both social and sports events that unite our community

📲 Marketing Directors (2x) – Handle marketing and social media platforms for events and initiatives

⏰ Submission Deadline: 12 October 2025, 11:59PM

🗳️ Elections will take place during the AGM through in-person voting only.
