Want to join the executive team? Calling ALL passionate First Years to run for our First Yep Rep position at our General Meeting (GM)!! All years are welcome to join us for this important meeting where we’ll discuss and listen to some executive reports, important changes to our constitution, and voting in our First Year Rep
When: Thursday 27th of March 6:00 – 8:00pm
Where: Susan Wakil Health Lecture Theatre 308
What’s included: Be involved in the future of SciSoc and get some free pizza

IMPORTANT: Any First Year that would like to be in the running for First Year Rep MUST BE a member of SciSoc through the USU 14 DAYS PRIOR to the GM (by 11:59pm of Thursday the 13th of March)
Please note that to qualify for First Year Rep , you must be in your first year of study at the University of Sydney!

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
i) First Year Representative
Voting shall be by secret ballot, and shall be by Single Transferable. Vote as stated in the SciSoc Constitution clause 9.8 Nominations will be accepted via a nomination form and from the floor.
ii) Election of Honorary Members
Honorary Membership nominations shall be submitted in writing to the secretary and voted with a two-thirds majority to pass as stated in the SciSoc Constitution clause 3.4 iii
