REISA is proud to present our inaugural Real Estate Modelling 101 workshop led by current president, Samuel Yu.👨‍🎓 The workshop will introduce students to the fundamentals of a real estate financial model, working through and building a basic returns model for an office acquisition case study. 📚📑 This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to familiarise yourself with corporate finance concepts within the realm of real estate to give yourself an edge when applying to careers within real estate and if you are looking to compete in the PropConnex Real Estate Case Competition next year. 🏢💼
