Appointment of Returning Officer
Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
- President
- Vice President (Internals)
- Vice President (Externals)
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Up to two (2) Grievance Officer(s), one female, and one non-female
- Up to two (2) Events Officer(s)
- Up to two (2) Media and Communications Officer(s)
- Logistics Officer
- Up to two (2) General Executive(s), each of different gender.
Nominations will be accepted via a google form that is given to club members prior to the AGM and from the floor during the AGM. Voting will be conducted via an anonymous google form: https://forms.gle/XANuKP76Rfc4Dsva9.
