PM Exchange 2025

The Annual PM Exchange is an interactive forum designed to foster meaningful dialogue between students, PM graduates, and industry professionals. Student participants will have the opportunity to engage closely with experts, gaining insights from their experiences in the field and posing questions related to essential skills and career development. Discussions will take place in an inclusive setting, with multiple tables to encourage focused, small-group interactions and active participation from all attendees. year’s theme, “Beyond Frameworks – Leading in High-Stakes Environments,” will guide conversations on topics such as choosing the right project approach, managing risk, learning from challenges, people and performance, and the future of project management in a data-driven world.

For this year’s event, PMSoc is proud to welcome PM specialists from advisory firm KordaMentha, together with project management graduates from USYD and beyond. Through their combined perspectives, participants will gain a clearer understanding of how to apply their PME and practices to real-world scenarios.
