Ordinary Meeting Sem 2 2025

-allocation of remaining semester funds

-purchase of new tables/banner/equipment

-plan for next year budget

-anything else brought to attention

1. Approval of new banner purchase. A vote will be conducted to determine if

the society proceeds with banner purchase.

2. Approval of new/replacement table purchase. A vote will be conducted to

determine if the society proceeds with the table purchase

3. Allocation and approval or reminding semester funds if remaining. Ideas can

be brought up by anyone and a vote will be conducted to determine if the

society proceeds with any further purchases
