AGENDA OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MUGS TO BE HELD ON 21/03/2025, 11am AT PNR Learning Studio 316

3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING & BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
4. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES
4.i Election of a returning officer
- 2 x Positions vacant:
- 2 x First Year Representatives
- Candidates will apply for their expression of interest through a nomination and a seconding during the meeting
- We will elect each representative one at a time, through the first past the post method.
- The voting will take place as such: – In the first round all candidates may run for the position
- The candidate with the most votes will be elected as one of the First Year Reps – In the second round all candidates except the previously elected rep may run for the position
- The candidate with the most votes will be elected as the other First Year Rep
5. DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING – Next planned meeting is MUGS AGM in October
