  • Accept the society’s Constitution

4. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

  • Appointment of Returning Officer
  • Nominations will be taken from the floor and voted on for the following positions:
    • President
    • 2 Vice Presidents
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Event Coordinator
    • Marketing Head
  • Voting shall be by secret ballot and shall be First Past the Post.

5. GENERAL BUSINESS

  • Nomination of Bank Signatories
