Come join us for the election of new executives for the new year, who will manage the society for the coming year. It will be happening concurrently with our Weekly mahjong meetup on Thursday 25th of September at the ISL Timber Floors.

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• 3 Social Media and Graphics Officers

• 3 General Executives

• 2 Technology Officers

Nominees will fill in a Google Form to be nominated, and also updating their nominations on the USU website. Each nominee will give a speech during the AGM, and the membership body will vote for each candidate and the nominated executives are decided by single transferrable vote.
