1. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

2.3 The Society will undertake the following activities to achieve its aims:

i) Continued running of the Society Big Band. Membership of the Big Band is determined by auditions (held in Week One, Semester One). All band members must be members of the Society.

Amend To:

The Society will undertake the following activities to achieve its aims:

i) Continued running of the Society Weekly Jam sessions

ii) Run social events throughout the semester

4.1 The Society shall have an Executive consisting of:

i) a President

ii) a Vice President

iii) a Secretary

iv) a Treasurer

v) And up to ten additional Executive Members (making for a maximum of 14)

Amend To:

The Society shall have an Executive consisting of:

i) a President

ii) a Vice President

iii) a Secretary

iv) a Treasurer

v) a Fundraising Officer

vi) a Sponsorships Officer

vii) a Social Media Manager

viii) a Band Coordinator

ix) a General Executive

x) And up to two Rehearsal Runners (making a maximum of 12 11)

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• Fundraising Officer
• Sponsorships Officer
• Social Media Manager
• Band Coordinator

• Rehearsal Runner (up to 2)

Nominations are to be taken from the floor and voted upon.
