AGENDA OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SOCIETY

TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 31, 2025, 17:30-19:30 AT BELINDA HUTCHINSON BUILDING LECTURE THEATRE 1130.

1. OPENING AND WELCOME
2. APOLOGIES AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE
3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING & BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
4. ANNUAL REPORTS of the President and Treasurer
5. ELECTION OF THE EXECUTIVE

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• President
• Two Vice-Presidents
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Two Media and Communications Directors
• Two Events Directors
• Two Sponsorship Directors

Nominations will be taken from the floor.

i) Present members will vote between candidates

ii) The candidate with a majority vote will be elected

6. GENERAL BUSINESS

i) Adoption of an agenda regarding the society’s activity for Semester 1, 2025

ii) Nomination of Bank Signatories
