Industry Fashion Society Inaugural General Meeting

We are finally hosting our first brief on September 18th, 6pm to 7pm on zoom!

So if you are currently busy with all the university assessments and catching up on lecture content, just drop by our online meeting, listen to our upcoming event and mark them down on your calendar :).

1. OPENING AND WELCOME

2. APOLOGIES AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE

3. ADOPTION OF CONSTITUTION

4. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• President

• (2) Vice-President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Marketing Lead

• Event Lead

• And up to a further 3 General Executive Member(s)

A link will be advertised on the society’s instagram page where members can express their interest in an executive position. During the meeting, members will state the role of interest and will provide a quick elevator pitch to show their skillset and commitment for the role. If a role is of interest only by one member, they will gain the position. Voting will occur through a google form sent in the zoom chat.
