The following amendments to the constitution are proposed:

3.2 Upon payment of a subscription fee, a person shall be deemed an Ordinary Member or Associate Member of the Society and henceforth be bound by this Constitution.

3.3 The subscription fees for membership shall be:

i) Ordinary Membership $15

ii) Associate Membership $ 15

Amend to:

3.2 Upon completion of the membership registration process, a person shall be deemed an Ordinary Member or Associate Member of the Society and henceforth be bound by this Constitution. No subscription fee shall be required.

3.3 Membership to the Society shall be free of charge for both Ordinary and Associate Members.

6. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

· President

· Vice President

· Secretary

· Treasurer

7. GENERAL BUSINESS

i) Nomination of Bank Signatories
