You'll be expected to attend the AGM and present a short speech (maximum 2 minutes) on why you think you would be a great candidate, and what events/initiatives you envision as part of your role(s).
If you cannot attend, please record a video of your speech (maximum 2 minutes) and attach the link at the bottom of the form so that it can be viewed during the AGM.

5. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
There are no Constitutional Amendments needed to be made this year.
6. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES
Due to the AGM being held over Zoom, a virtual ballot paper will be created using a Google Form and link distributed by the returning officer to conduct the voting process. The returning officer will collect and count the votes, and the election of new executives shall be based on a ‘first past the post’ format.
