The main agenda for this meeting is the re-election of our Marketing and Events officer. C&S has confirmed to have received the resignation letter from the ex-officers.

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• Marketing Officer

• Events Officer

C&S has already received the letter of resignation from the last Marketing and Events Officer. Nominations will be open and election will take place at the next meeting for these two roles.

5. GENERAL BUSINESS

i) Take motions from the floor and check if there are any pressing issues to be discussed, have a free-flowing discussion regarding any events that any member wishes the society to arrange in the coming days.
