Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

· Secretary

A form will be put up on our social media noting that the role of secretary is open for election, along with role description. Individuals will then submit the form to express interest in running for the role. Individuals can also express their interest by directly emailing the society email. Nominees will then be informed that they will be giving a 2minute speech during the General Meeting to state why they are a good fit. If nominees are unable to attend the meeting, their speech will be required to be pre-recorded and sent to the KICS email prior. Nominations will also be open to the floor during the meeting.

After all nominees make their speeches, participating members will make a vote of confidence.
