3. A Secretary (Required)
4. Treasurer (Required)
5. General Executive Positions (10)
1. 2 Events Directors
2. 2 Sponsorship Directors
3. 2 Marketing Directors
4. 2 Design Directors
5. 2 Development Directors

Amend to:

4.1 The Society shall have an Executive consisting of:

1. A President (Required)
2. 2 Vice President
3. A Secretary (Required)
4. Treasurer (Required)
5. General Executive Positions (14)
1. 2 Events Directors
2. 4 Sponsorship Directors
3. 3 Marketing Directors
4. 2 Design Directors
5. 3 Development Directors

5. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Nomination of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions (if constitutional changes are passed):

• Marketing Director
• Development Director
• Sponsorships Director x 2

Candidates will speak to their nomination and a vote will be conducted amongst those present.
