The French Society invites all members to nominate themselves for roles next year at our AGM and to thank this year's executive team for their hard work throughout 2025. The nominations link will be available through the FrenchSoc Instagram bio and we encourage everyone to apply regardless of their backgrounds or French proficiency.

Appointment of Returning Officer
Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
· President;
· Vice President;
· Secretary;
· Treasurer;
· Exchange Officer;
· Careers Coordinator;
· up to 4 Social Events Coordinators
· Collaborations Coordinator;
· Publicity Writer
· up to 2 Publicity Designers
· up to 3 Language Officers
· up to a further 6 General Executive Members.
Nominations will be accepted from Google form responses and the floor.
7. GENERAL BUSINESS
i. Nomination of Bank Signatories – Endorse whoever is successfully elected as President, Secretary, and Vice President to become an authorised signatory of the club bank account.
8. DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
– AGM, to be decided some time in October 2026.
