Nomination:

• Members will have an opportunity to self-nominate at the beginning of the AGM after attendance and leaves of absence has been recorded
• Self-nomination via the google form prior to the AGM (5th Dec) will also be considered via https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd7c4wOw3HVAkks6YbDy0oPbEW41tjcDT1VoSGtRIG9oxZ2nQ/viewform?usp=dialog

Election and Voting:

• Voting will be conducted as ‘First Past the Post’ via secret ballot
• Results will be tallied by the Returning Officer appointed on the day
