Engineering Revue Society Inaugural General Meeting

The IGM (it's like an AGM but it's cooler cause it's the first one) will be held 31/10/24 at 2pm at the PNR Lecture Theatre 2.

We will go over what the revue will look like in 2025 as it returns to the Seymour Center and how you (and everyone you know) is able to get involved. We will also be electing our first President, Secretary and Treasurer.

3. MOTION ON NOTICE

All members present will vote to accept the society’s constitution.

4. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

Must first be nominated and then seconded

5. GENERAL BUSINESS

i) Nomination of Bank Signatories

ii) Explanation of Revue Roles

iii) Call out for production roles
